Return Policy

SA Sweepers & Scrubbers wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us to discuss your options.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Used equipment and custom orders may not be eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or demonstration equipment (unless faulty)
  • Consumable items (pads, squeegees, chemicals) unless unopened
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items damaged through misuse

How to Return

  1. Contact us at sales@sasas.com.au or (08) 8340 7936 to request a return
  2. We'll provide a return authorisation number and instructions
  3. Package the item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us (return shipping may be at your expense)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.
