Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing from SA Sweepers & Scrubbers Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We sell industrial cleaning equipment, parts, and consumables. We also provide service, repairs, and commercial cleaning services. All products and services are subject to availability.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed online are accurate at time of purchase. For large equipment, final pricing including delivery will be confirmed before processing.

Orders and Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • Finance options available through Nodifi (subject to approval)

Service and Repairs

  • Service quotes are provided upon inspection
  • Approval is required before work commences
  • Parts and labour are charged as quoted unless additional issues are found
  • Service work is guaranteed for workmanship

Cleaning Services

  • Quotes are provided based on site assessment
  • Services are subject to our standard terms of service
  • Cancellation notice required as per agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SA Sweepers & Scrubbers is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods or services.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
