New Equipment Warranty

All new equipment purchased from SA Sweepers & Scrubbers comes with a minimum 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Extended Warranty (Selected Nilfisk Products)

Selected Nilfisk products are eligible for up to 3 years commercial warranty. Ask our team for details on eligible products and registration requirements.

Used & Refurbished Equipment Warranty

Used and refurbished equipment comes with a 3-month warranty covering major components and functionality. This warranty ensures the machine operates as described at the time of sale.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components (excluding wear items)
  • Electrical and mechanical failures under normal use

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (pads, squeegees, brushes, filters)
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper operation
  • Damage from accidents or unauthorized modifications
  • Consumable items
  • Batteries (separate battery warranty may apply)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us with your proof of purchase and description of the issue
  2. Our team will assess the claim and advise next steps
  3. If approved, we'll repair or replace the faulty component

Consumer Guarantees

Our warranties are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
